Ways to Serve
There’s a place for you on the team.
From the kitchen to the sound booth to the front doors, First Baptist Church of Delair runs on the hands and hearts of volunteers. Find where you fit, then let us know you’re ready.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10, NIV
Serving isn’t reserved for a select few — every member of this church family has something to offer, and every team below depends on people willing to show up and give their time.
Areas to Serve
Every team plays a part in Sunday morning and beyond. Here are a few of the ways you can plug in.

They Feed the Family
From planning the menu to shopping, cooking, and serving, this team makes sure no one leaves a church gathering hungry. They handle everything behind the scenes for potlucks, picnics, and fellowship meals throughout the year.

The Voice and the Vision
Running sound, operating the cameras, and managing the on-screen presentation so every word of worship reaches the room clearly and the livestream broadcast keeps everyone connected, near or far.

The First Faces You See
Greeting everyone who walks through the door, guiding first-time guests to where they need to be, and helping Sunday morning feel like coming home from the very first hello.
